1. Our Mission
marble's mission is to bring you closer to the people and things you love through authentic, daily moments. We want to build a platform that allows you to share real, unfiltered glimpses of your life with your friends and discover the world through their eyes.
2. Agreement to Terms
By using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use, our Privacy Policy, and our Community Guidelines (collectively, the "User Agreement"). If you don't agree to these Terms, do not use our Service.
3. Who Can Use marble
You must be at least 18 years old to use marble. You must not be prohibited from receiving our Service under applicable laws. You must be a real person; accounts created by bots or automated methods are not permitted.

You own the content you post on marble. However, when you share, post, or upload content covered by intellectual property rights on our Service, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sub-licensable, worldwide license to host, use, distribute, modify, run, copy, publicly perform or display, translate, and create derivative works of your content. This license will end when your content is deleted from our systems.
6. Content Removal and Account Termination
We can remove any content or information you share on marble if we believe it violates these Terms, our policies, or we are required to do so by law. We can refuse to provide or stop providing all or part of the Service to you if you violate these Terms or our policies, if you repeatedly infringe other people's intellectual property rights, or where we are required to do so by law.
7. How Our Service is Funded
Instead of paying to use marble, you acknowledge that we can show you ads that businesses and organisations pay us to promote. We use your personal data to show you relevant and useful ads without telling advertisers who you are.
